2021 Annual Parish Meeting

Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Parish of North Kelsey held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 9th March  2021 at 6.30pm

3   Opening remarks for the Chair. Ref 20/378

2020  and the start of 2021 has been a difficult year, due to the Covid 19 situation and restrictions. The Parish Council have held meetings by zoom and where they have wished to residents have also been able to access the zoom meetings.  Some activity and progress  has been made with the projects around the village such as re painting of some of the play equipment at the park, clearing the wildlife area to make room for seating and better access so this area can be enjoyed by all, litter picking around the village and surrounding area, and a programme of works put in place to improve the cemetery grounds. All of this has been helped by volunteers from the village coming forward, and the Parish Council would like to continue the enhanced community spirit going forwards.
