North Kelsey is a village and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is situated 4 miles (6 km) west from Caistor and 19 miles (31 km) north-east from the county town of Lincoln. Within the parish is the hamlet of North Kelsey Moor, once the site of North Kelsey railway station.

According to the 2001 Census North Kelsey had a population of 959, increasing slightly to 966 at the 2011 census.

North Kelsey has an Anglican church  and a Methodist chapel. There is a village hall, primary school, and a public house -  The Butcher's Arms.  There is an outreach Post Office service at the Village Hall on Monday afternoons, 1.00pm to 4.30pm, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8.30am to 12.15pm.
