North Kelsey is a village and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is situated 4 miles (6 km) west from Caistor and 19 miles (31 km) north-east from the county town of Lincoln. Within the parish is the hamlet of North Kelsey Moor, once the site of North Kelsey railway station.
According to the 2001 Census, North Kelsey had a population of 959 increasing slightly to 966 at the 2011 census.
North Kelsey has an Anglican church and a Methodist chapel. There is a village hall, primary school and a public house - The Butcher's Arms. There is an outreach Post Office service at the Village Hall on Monday afternoons, 1.00pm to 4.30pm and again on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8.30am to 12.15pm.

North Kelsey WI meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 7.15pm in the Village Hall. The aims of the group embrace the interests of women in a diverse range of topics including social, cultural, environmental and domestic issues. The meetings include talks and demonstrations which aim to be informative and fun and there are outings to local places of interest. There are always excellent refreshments included in any activity.
New members and visitors are always encouraged and you will find us friendly and welcoming. Our average age is on the high side but we are all young at heart and keen to hear new ideas. Do come along and take the opportunity to meet new friends or just for a chat.

North Kelsey Bowls Club meet at the bowling green on South Street, North Kelsey. New members are always welcome with either full or social membership offered.
