Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting of North Kelsey Parish Council held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 9th October 2018 at 6.30pm
Those present: Councillors D Hunt, R Hunt, R Smith, L Barker, S Priestnall In attendance: J Waite (Clerk) Cllr Turner.

2 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests. Ref 18/112

A new email address for the council has been set up clerk.northkelseyparish@gmail.com
There are currently 4 vacancies on the council.
The Clerk will continue to arrange for the Speed watch survey to be completed by LCC to enable new speed limit signs to be placed on the entrance roads to the village. The positions of the signs to be sent to the Speed Watch team.
Communications policy reviewed and approved.

9 Planning applications and decisions received Ref 18/119

10 Parish matters – To receive any report or consider any appropriate action Ref 18/120
a) Cemetery – The new and replacement bins have been requested from WLDC. There is a headstone which has fallen over. There are some trees that need pruning.
b) Grounds Maintenance - The planters for the village signs are still being looked at. Grit bins have now been filled.
c) Play Area – the area for the boundary fence around the play equipment has been remeasured to allow for the seats. Quotes for wire mesh fence are to be looked at. A new bench is to be added at the bottom of the park. The bark in the play area will need topping up.
d) The plywood on the climbing frame needs repairing – contact Ed Morton to do this. The old football goals have rotted through and ned removing, and the new goals need fixing in place – contact Ed Morton
