Woodland, arrange a visit to discuss best options
Planters:- compost added and planted up, prison service signs to be made to acknowledge construction and thank you letter to the Governor, also article in the next newsletter.  Whilst planting on Easthall Road and Barrick Close speeding was a evident, investigate petition to LCC regarding 20mph speed through village
Parking issue on blind bend near Butchers Arms, communication to ask them to publicise and encourage patrons to use overflow car park on West Street
Outstanding Jobs June:-
Painting of new windows and door in mortuary chapel, green same as village pump, clerk to check with contractors. Working party Saturday 18th July 11am to oil noticeboards and remove spare notice board from old shop to position in cemetery
Monthly Asset Inspection Updates:- 
Cllr.S.March Playing field, latch on gate removed, saplings planted still budding despite the weather, rabbits are being a nuisance creating holes, investigate pest control
Cllr.P.Bryan Cemetery, mortuary chapel improvements, topple testing ongoing 
Cllr.J.Slater Village green. Bags of clay removed, noticeboard to be oiled

East Hall Farm Road:- Issue with road, Fix My Street 2894604, issue resolved
Cemetery:- Issue with damage to vase and plaque MKS compensated resident
Topple Testing:- No objections received, application processing
RoSPA:- June 26 low risk, noted swing seat
Monkey Challenge Wall:- update on funding by 17/07/26
Speed Survey:- Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership NKM surveys have been completed and the data collated. It is now at the stage of being shared with the local Highway Team and Lincolnshire police to ascertain if this section of road requires any road safety measure
