Applications for Lawful Development Certificates (LDC) are assessed and determined by the local planning authority, West Lindsey District Council. Because it's a legal test of lawfulness, these applications are determined by officers (with legal advice, if required) and are only referred to committee if the applicant is a Member / Officer (or immediate family of).
