RESOLVED:
That the minutes of the meeting be accepted as a true and proper record

NC09 area reported crime circulated and discussed. Lincolnshire Police is moving back to using Lincs Alert. Poster on social media, noticeboards and website

Lincolnshire Police: additional funding to recruit 108 new officers and 20 PCSO’s
Lincolnshire Government Reorganisation: now live, 26th March for survey results in July
Scampton: Officially up for sale bids by 6th March, outcome known November

Play Area, big project, look into estimated budget and funding

Cllr S March:- Clerks annual appraisal to be arranged with the personnel committee

Communications:- Newsletters have been delivered, social media and website articles 
Strategic:- nothing to report
Environment:- Teams meeting 09/02/26, work plan priorities next year, now 25 works to be completed. Volunteers to be recruited and working parties to be formed.
February/March 2026 focus cemetery wreaths, wildflowers, litter pick and planting hedge saplings

RESOLVED:
To purchase tubing and canes for some of the saplings to be planted around £100.00 net 
Monthly Asset Inspection Updates:- 
Cllr.S.March: Latch to be fitted 
Cllr.P.Bryan: Cemetery, working party arranged for Sunday to clear cemetery Christmas Wreaths. Meeting to be arranged with contractor to discuss additional works required on the Mortuary Chapel

National Highways and Transport survey:- Saturday, 28th of February to complete the survey
Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) for Greater Lincolnshire government’s consultation started, complete by 28th March 26.
WLDC:- Inviting comments on submitted Grasby and Searby cum Owmby Neighbourhood Plan 
LCC:- Grass Cutting Agreement PGC000020 re-registered
LGR:- online briefing session Monday 2 February 2026 – 6:00pm to 7:00pm attended
Greater Lincolnshire Nature Recovery Strategy:- survey launched 26/01/26 open until 8 March 2026.
